"Old buildings are not ours. They belong partly to those
who built them, and partly to the generations of mankind who are to follow us. The dead still have their right to them;
that which they labored for . . . we have no right to obliterate." --John Ruskin
At Ohmega Salvage we are committed to preserving the architectural heritage of the
Bay Area. To this end, we buy and sell
usual and unusual building materials.
Our company has made its mark in the Bay
Area over the last 35 years as the leading supplier of restoration materials to
architects, contractors, and homeowners.
Our goal is to save architectural materials
that are still useful to others and essential to authentic restoration projects;
as well as to save resources in a world burdened with too much landfill.

Ohmega Interns
Canyon
School Elementary students Ken (black shirt), Peyton (white shirt) and Jasper
(blue shirt) participate in a ten week
internship program at Ohmega Salvage with Susan (red vest).
We were
pleased to have 3 smart and capable interns from the Canyon School with us
for ten weeks. While here, they learned about all types of salvaged
items from doorknobs to tubs. They became great salesmen, too.
