Ordering Information

We have an internet and telephone order minimum of $50.

Payment Information:

You may call, mail, or e-mail your payment.  If using a credit card (we accept Visa, Mastercard, or American Express), please be aware that our e-mail is unsecured.  If you wish to pay by credit card, we will need to have your exact billing address including zip code.  We also accept certified checks and money orders.  Personal checks are acceptable, however we may not ship your order until the check clears.

Shipping and handling charges are additional. 

Shipping:

If you live within the San Francisco Bay Area, we are willing to store your item for 2 weeks from the purchase date so that you can arrange to pick it up or have it delivered.  

While we have the ability to ship small items, the larger or more fragile items we have are handled by professional shipping and crating companies. We do this because we do not have the resources to ship large or fragile items ourselves. 

The price of shipping is determined by size, weight and the amount of packaging and/or crating to successfully get the item to its destination. To get a shipping estimate we will require your zip code and destination type - business or residence. If the item is heavy, we will need to know if you need a lift gate truck on your end (to get the item off the truck!). Prices quoted are standard ground delivery unless otherwise requested. Very large items will be transported by a trucking company and may require special handling.
